Sometimes I cannot help but wonder why some people don’t understand that words when once said cannot be picked up again. The pain of the words that you so loosely throw is worse and deeper than the cut of a sword. Words that you understand cause you don’t know the meaning and words which don’t make sense cause you don’t know the language.
That was a pretty much negative play of words. The positive part will be posted when in better spirits…….

It's a double edged sword. If we speak our mind out some times ppl will get hurt. If we don't we're just being hypocritical, and doing the typical "Sri Lankan thing".. only a very few our gifted to find words on the spur of that moment to fully express our selves. Try not to be too much in the dumps over things like that. And lets hope we can find a way to take them back one day.
It's not that they don't understand, it's that they don't care enough about the other person's feelings to think before they open their trap. Pure selfishness.
One can be honest and polite at the same time without hurting feelings, but that requires a genuine effort.
See, wordplay s a talent that you have to hone. Everyone has the knife of words. Only some manage to sharpen it, and others just bludgeon people with their blades.
I completely agree with u, once the words are out , u cant take it back.. I tell all sort of crap when i am angry and regret it afterwards.. its just that some people cant hold their tongues..
